This is my first page

I like punk rock, and using the words rad, gnarly, and dude.

Joyce Manor is one of my favorite bands. They are a front runner in the small Californian DIY hardcore/pop punk scene. Their infectious hooks, and rough voal styles could catch a listener from miles away. Their rather short (around 1:30 per song, and their longest a little oiver 2 minutes) yet sing-a-long style songs keep me singing along for hours on end. They released their first full length LP, "Joyce Manor" on January 11th, 2011 through 6131 records, which also holds bands on it's roster such as Touche Amore, another hardcore band from California. It recieved an 89% rating from absolutepunk.net and was named one of the albums to hear from 2011 by Alternative Press.
