1. Obtain 3 balls that are fairly soft and easy to catch.
2. Start with 1 ball and throw it back and forth with your left and right hands.
3. Now use 2 balls. Throw the ball in your right hand over to your left hand. The ball should arc right at about eye level. Right when that ball reaches its apex, then toss the ball in your left hand the same way into your right hand.
4. Once you can do that 10 times, repeat step 3 only this time start with your other hand. This should be more difficult.
5. Once you master that step, then 3 balls should be no problem. Start with 2 balls in your right hand and 1 ball in your left hand. Just toss right, left, right.
6. Repeat step 5 but start with your left hand.
7. Once you can do steps 5 and 6 with no problem, try adding in a throw until you can toss the balls 50 times without dropping any.
